All orders are shipped by our fully automated dispatch system within hours of the payment being confirmed (except on weekends where dispatch takes place first thing Monday morning).
All small to medium sized items are dispatched by our courier company PBT Couriers, whilst larger items are hand delivered by our specialized freight company Jets Transport.
We have prearranged insurance on all items dispatched by both our courier and freight companies. We guarantee 100% that you will receive your item safe and sound!
We understand, when you have made the commitment to yourself to get into shape, you want your fitness product right now! This is why we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Here at MyFitness.co.nz, as soon as your order payment is processed, it will be shipped within one working day! We pride ourselves on the fact that everything you see on the site is in stock. On the very rear occasion, when an item is out of stock or we’re waiting on a back order, this process may take a few days longer. We will email you and keep you in the loop if required!
If your item gets damaged in transit you may return it and another item will be dispatched to you. If an item fails to arrive via our courier or freight company we will arrange an insurance claim and a new item will be dispatched. To read more about our Guarantees

To make sure you get your parcel we send our items ‘signature required’. If you would prefer not to sign for your item, please specify this in the 'special instructions' at the check-out. Not signing for your item does mean you forfeit insurance on lost items.
We freight and courier all items anywhere in New Zealand. Freight and courier charges are based on size and weight of the item and region the item is freighted to. We aim to make sure that our freight charges are in line with our costs of getting your item to you. A shipping matrix is displayed on each product page informing you of the price for different areas in New Zealand. It is spilt up into: Local, North Island Non Rural, North Island Rural, South Island Non Rural, South Island Rural.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your items have been picked, packed and dispatched you will receive a final email informing you of the courier or freight details for your parcel. Payments are processed Monday – Friday between the times of 8am and 3pm Pacific Standard Time.
You sure can! Simply choose the 'Cash Deposit' option at the check-out. This option allows you to make an internet transfer or cash deposit into our bank account. You will be provided our account details and your order will be sent as soon as your payment has cleared. It’s that easy!
Because MyFitness.co.nz brings you these products direct, there is absolutely no middle man, from manufacture to the customer! Also because MyFitness.co.nz is an online store, we don't have as many operating expenses as a retail store – we pass those savings on to you! Plus we want you to be able to afford to buy quality fitness gear on a regular basis, so you can afford to buy the gear you need to reach your fitness goals.
All fitness equipment comes with detailed instructions on how to assemble the piece of equipment. If you have any trouble give our friendly customer service team an email and they can answer any questions.
